Things Go DEAD with Coke

As a child growing up I remember the cheery commercial sung by the Limelighters and one of my favorite singers at the time, Glenn Yarborough. "Things go better with Coke" was a catchy tune that was one of the most popular commercial songs of the time. Here it is:



Well, over the years it seems that things not only go better with Coke, they also go "deader" (if that is a word). To wit:

Farmers are ingenious people.

Corporate Cola (Coke, Pepsi etc.) sold in India are repeatedly found to have high pesticide levels so farmers there do the logical thing.
