Birther Wingnut Orly Taitz Defies Sanction, Files Appeal

Orly Taitz

Birther wingnut Attorney/Dentist/Realtor Orly Taitz has attacked Judge Clay Land's $20,000 sanction as "political lynching" and filed an appeal. She says she will not pay the fine and Judge Land has indicated she has 30 days in which to comply or the Attorney General will begin collection proceedings against her. In her appeal, she accuses the very patient Judge Land of "pervasively extreme and outrageous prejudice and bias" against her. She just doesn't seem to get it.

Her complete filing is available at Talking Points Memo: ORLY TAITZ APPEAL.

A formal complaint has already been filed with the California State Bar Association and Ms. Taitz' continued disrespect of the Court and her lack of integrity in dealing with the Court will surely result in her disbarment. It can't happen too soon as her fifteen minutes of fame have lasted a bit too long.

  1. The well-known dentist Orly Taitz, Esq, shows every sign of what we know to be true. She never attended law school. She never participated in moot court. She never worked as apprentice in a legal office. Her 'appeal' is gibberish, composed in equal measure of parenthetical participles, dangling modifiers, double negatives, and every other sign of a second-rate education.

A competent lawyer must be able to speak and write coherent English. Orly Taitz, Esq, can do neither. In her ceaseless obsession with media, she sounds like one of the Hungarians on Green Acres. In a formal legal submission? Like a semi-literate woman on the edge of a breakdown.

She is now accusing Judge Land of being participant in fraud, Mr Obama of leading a fraud ring, and notes -- darkly -- that one of the addresses associated with the alleged SSN fraud in is "Judge Land's own district." My God. What will these evil doers think of next?

No rational citizen reading this latest 'appeal' can draw any conclusion than that this woman is nuts. Judge Land is correct, and will not be over-ruled.

Orly Taitz will soon be disbarred, and find it even more difficult to fight off the numerous dental practice lawsuits she has attracted.

  2. Good to know, and better to read. Yet another foolish and time-wasting birther suit collapses in ignominy and irrelevance.

A challenge to the birthers: you are always complaining about how many tax dollars are spent to defend these lawsuits.

    Let's pretend you are sincere.

Because you are sincere, and because YOU brought this latest failed suit, when will you reimburse the US taxpayers for the actual costs you forced upon us?

Tomorrow? End of the month? Thirty days plus interest?

If you REALLY BELIEVE these lawsuits are costing the taxpayers too much money, then step up and do the right thing: pay us back. Now. Right now. If you refuse to do this, you will again be revealed for the phonies you are.

  3. Was the $20K fine enough? Maybe when Taitz becomes a real lawyer she will appreciate what just happened. I wonder if she is a mail order bride, just like her law degree? She is perfect reporter material for “Fake News”, where unfounded rumors and innuendo reign supreme , unlike a our US courts of law, where you need to present documented facts, not half baked lies (prepare for more failures).

When flies get too close to the lights they get burned, Taitz just got burned, thing is, like a fly she will continue, no end in sight. Poor little Birthers they are haters not debaters.

A lawyer, dentist, realtor and black belt, wow I must say a JACK of all trades master of none.
