FEMA Manual Admits Existence of UFO's

The Federal Emergency Management Agency publishes a manual for its firefighters that includes protocols for dealing with all types of emergencies. It is entitled, "FIRE OFFICER'S GUIDE TO DISASTER CONTROL". Chapter 13 is a stunner, "ENEMY ATTACKS AND UFO POTENTIAL". FEMA not only deals with credible threats such as hurricanes and terrorist attacks, but also with credible threats like alien attacks and UFO crashes: They have an entire chapter dedicated to this topic in their firefighters manual.     Dear Candid Blogger,
    First I like your politics. There is a right wing group in the UFO community that tries to attack Obama every chance they get. I think of them as "I believe everything I hear on fox (pretend) news crowd.
    Second I had heard about the old manual. I had thought they change the manual when the news about the UFO chapter became public. Could you tell me the date of this news piece? Thanks and keep up the good work.
