Arizona Proposing National ID Card

The Arizona State Senate is considering two bills that will turn
your driver's license into a national ID card and share your
personal information with the US Department of Homeland Security.

SB1070 and HB2632 are ostensibly anti-illegal immigration bills.
As such, there are good things in there, such as elimination of
sanctuary cities.

However, these bills have a sneak provision in them that turns

the Arizona Driver's License into a national ID. Section 2.

11-1051, subsections F.1-3. specifically require that the state
obtain prior clearance from the US Department of Homeland
Security before you can obtain or renew your Driver's License.
Additionally, it requires data exchange of your domicile
information.

This also creates a backdoor gun purchase registration
capability.

There are other problems with the bill, such as indemnification
of law enforcement officers and law enforcement agencies, for
example, if they detain you (which the bill allows) for not being
able to identify you as a citizen through the Department of
Homeland Security during a legitimate stop. In theory, you could
be wrongly and indefinitely detained, denied access to the courts
and an attorney, and there is zero accountability for law
enforcement.

IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED

It is important that you IMMEDIATELY CONTACT your OWN state rep
and state senators TODAY to voice your opposition to this bill
(Senate Bill 1070 and House Bill 2632) as it is currently
written.

Let them know you oppose this bill if it makes our driver's
licenses national ID cards and allows law enforcement to detain
us without consequence.

Click here for the contact info for your state senator and here
for the info for your state reps.

Thank you for your continued vigilance on behalf of liberty.

Senator Pearce is saying that the bill does not contain national
ID. It very clearly does, by the language of the bill:

F. Except as provided in federal law, officials or agencies of
this state and counties, cities, towns and other political
subdivisions of this state may not be prohibited or in any way be
restricted from sending, receiving or maintaining information
relating to the immigration status of any individual or
exchanging that information with any other federal, state or
local governmental entity for the following official purposes:

1. Determining eligibility for any public benefit, service or
license provided by any federal, state, local or other political
subdivision of this state.

2. Verifying any claim of residence or domicile if determination
of residence or domicile is required under the laws of this state
or a judicial order issued pursuant to a civil or criminal
proceeding in this state.

3. Confirming the identity of any person who is detained.

I. A law enforcement officer is indemnified by the law
enforcement officer's agency against reasonable costs and
expenses, including attorney fees, incurred by the officer in
connection with any action, suit or proceeding brought pursuant
to this section to which the officer may be a party by reason of
the officer being or having been a member of the law enforcement
agency, except in relation to matters in which the officer is
adjudged to have acted in bad faith.

Also, WHICH US Department does the INS (really now ICE) belong
to? US Department of Homeland Security! WHICH US Department owns
the REAL ID database? You guessed it. US Department of Homeland
Security!

America's Family Prison

T. Don Hutto - What About Human Rights?

Did you know that the federal government has not only set up but is also currently operating a prison that holds entire families - including infants, children and nursing and pregnant women?

As part of the Bush administration policy to end what they termed the "catch and release'" of undocumented immigrants, the U.S. government Department of Homeland Security opened the T. Don Hutto Residential Center in May 2006 as a prototype family detention facility. The facility is a former medium-security prison in central Texas operated by CCA, the largest private prison operator in the country. The facility houses immigrant children and their parents from all over the world who are awaiting asylum hearings or deportation proceedings. Located 30 miles north of Austin, it is the first family detention center in the country to be based on the penal model, though plans were quickly made to build more.

It's located in Taylor, Texas and it's operated by Corrections Corporation of America, a privately owned corporation. What is T Don Hutto? The T Don Hutto facility holds men, women (some pregnant), children, and infants, none of whom have a criminal past. Administered by the Corrections Corporation of America (CCA), the country's largest for-profit corrections company, Hutto lacks proper licensing and medical facilities, and has been proven to traumatize families.

This short film by Matt Gossage and Lily Keber is one of the only public reports on this prison. Otherwise
this subject has been entirely censored by the US news media.

9/11 Questions - Who Provided Security?

Marvin Bush (the other brother)

A question that has seldom been asked and certainly not addressed by the Media is, "who was in charge of security at the World Trade Center?"  We decided to investigate and what we found is not surprising.

George W. Bush's brother, Marvin, was on the Board of Directors of a company providing electronic security for the World Trade Center, Dulles International Airport and United Airlines, according to public records. The company was backed by an investment firm, the Kuwait-American Corp., also linked for years to the Bush family.

The security company, formerly named Securacom and now named Stratesec, is in Sterling, Va.. Its CEO, Barry McDaniel, said the company had a "completion contract" to handle some of the security at the World Trade Center "up to the day the buildings fell down." It also had a three-year contract to maintain electronic security systems at Dulles Airport, according to a Dulles contracting official. Securacom/Stratesec also handled some security for United Airlines in the 1990s, according to McDaniel, but it had been completed before his arriving on the board in 1998.

The Dulles International contract is another matter. Dulles is regarded as "
absolutely a sensitive airport," according to security consultant Wayne Black, head of a Florida-based security firm, due to its location, size, and the number of international carriers it serves. Black has not heard of Stratesec, but responds that for one company to handle security for both airports and airlines is somewhat unusual. It is also delicate for a security firm serving international facilities to be so interlinked with a foreign-owned company: "Somebody knew somebody," he suggested, or the contract would have been more closely scrutinized. As Black points out, "when you [a company] have a security contract, you know the inner workings of everything." And if another company is linked with the security company, then "What's on your computer is on their computer." - source: American Reporter.

McDaniel confirmed that the company has security contracts with the Department of Defense, including the U.S. Army, but did not detail the nature of the work, citing security concerns. It has an ongoing line with the General Services Administration - meaning that its bids for contracts are noncompetitive - and also did security work for the Los Alamos laboratory before 1998.

The company lists as government clients "
the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S Air force, and the Department of Justice," in projects that "often require state-of-the-art security solutions for classified or high-risk government sites." Stratesec (Securacom) differs from other security companies which separate the function of consultant from that of service provider. The company defines itself as a "single-source" provider of "end-to-end" security services, including everything from diagnosis of existing systems to hiring subcontractors to installing video and electronic equipment. It also provides armored vehicles and security guards.

Marvin P. Bush, the president's youngest brother, was a director at Stratesec from 1993 to fiscal year 2000. But the White House has not publicly disclosed Bush connections in any of its responses to 9/11, nor has it mentioned that another Bush-linked business had done security work for the facilities attacked. Marvin Bush joined Securacom when it was capitalized by the Kuwait-American Corporation, a private investment firm in D.C. that was the security company's major investor, sometimes holding a controlling interest. Marvin Bush has not responded to telephone calls and e-mails for comment.

KuwAm has been linked to the Bush family financially since the Gulf War. One of its principals and a member of the Kuwaiti royal family, Mishal Yousef Saud al Sabah, served on the board of Stratesec. The managing director at KuwAm, Wirt D. Walker III, was also a principal at Stratesec, and Walker, Marvin Bush and al Sabah are listed in SEC filings as significant shareholders in both companies during that period. Marvin Bush's last year on the board at Stratesec coincided with his first year on the board of HCC Insurance, formerly Houston Casualty Co., one of the insurance carriers for the WTC. He left the HCC board in November 2002.  source:  Commondreams.org

Marvin Bush was in New York on 9/11 according to his mother, Barbara.

U.S. Army Prepares to Invade United States!

Bush's Fascist Plans Near Implementation

The plans to implement martial law in America have been taking shape for decades, hidden behind "Continuity of Government" contingency planning. Now, with public outcry over the banker bailout bill at fever pitch, all of the pieces are in place for the U.S. Army to start policing American citizens. It has already happened.

For more information and analysis, please visit the CORBETT REPORT.

George W. Bush has stripped many traditional American freedoms and has frequently made references to his desire to be a dictator. Many thought he was kidding. He was not. He has already appointed himself Dictator through executive orders and a National Security directive.

Why would President Bush declare martial law and suspend the rights of American citizens? Because fascism is the TRUE BUSH DOCTRINE and he is simply satisfying the wishes of his grandfather. 75 years ago his grandfather, Prescott Bush, attempted the same thing but was repulsed. In the early 1930s, Prescott Bush and other wealthy industrialists attempted a coup and planned the assassination of FDR. Only the heroic efforts of General Smedley Butler, who blew the whistle to Congress prevented this from happening. As a result, Bush had many of his businesses confiscated by FDR for trading with the enemy and laundering money for the Nazis. Here are the facts as compiled by British journalist Duncan Campbell and American Journalist, John Buchanan, who were given access to the Library of Congress in order to examine the documents that prove this occurred.
