FEMA Manual Admits Existence of UFO's

The Federal Emergency Management Agency publishes a manual for its firefighters that includes protocols for dealing with all types of emergencies. It is entitled, "FIRE OFFICER'S GUIDE TO DISASTER CONTROL". Chapter 13 is a stunner, "ENEMY ATTACKS AND UFO POTENTIAL". FEMA not only deals with credible threats such as hurricanes and terrorist attacks, but also with credible threats like alien attacks and UFO crashes: They have an entire chapter dedicated to this topic in their firefighters manual.
