Cheney Ran Secret CIA Assassination Squad

The Godfather - Murder, Incorporated

This may be the final straw for those on the fence as to whether or not to prosecute George Bush and Dick Cheney for war crimes. Dick Cheney assumed the role of Godfather and led an unregulated or supervised HIT SQUAD which violates both Federal and International law. This man should be tried, convicted and executed.

Investigative reporter Seymour Hersh dropped a bombshell on Tuesday when he told an audience at the University of Minnesota that the military was running an "executive assassination ring" throughout the Bush years which reported directly to former Vice President Dick Cheney.

The remark came out seemingly inadvertently when Hersh was asked by the moderator of a public discussion of "America's Constitutional Crisis" whether abuses of executive power, like those which occurred under Richard Nixon, continue to this day.

Hersh replied, "After 9/11, I haven’t written about this yet, but the Central Intelligence Agency was very deeply involved in domestic activities against people they thought to be enemies of the state. Without any legal authority for it. They haven’t been called on it yet."

Hersh then went on to describe a second area of extra-legal operations: the Joint Special Operations Command. "It is a special wing of our special operations community that is set up independently," he explained. "They do not report to anybody, except in the Bush-Cheney days, they reported directly to the Cheney office. ... Congress has no oversight of it."

"It’s an executive assassination ring essentially, and it’s been going on and on and on," Hersh stated. "Under President Bush’s authority, they’ve been going into countries, not talking to the ambassador or the CIA station chief, and finding people on a list and executing them and leaving. That’s been going on, in the name of all of us."

Hersh told MinnPost.com blogger Eric Black in an email exchange after the event that the subject was "not something I wanted to dwell about in public." He is looking into it for a book, but he believes it may be a year or two before he has enough evidence "for even the most skeptical."

Eric Black's blog posting, which includes an hour-long audio recording of the full University of Minnesota colloquy, is

  1. This thing called government has degraded to nothing more attractive than an old fashioned Extortion Murder racket. The central bankers have taken it over in total, or near total.

Contract murder for hire is the business model that is a central part of this old crown colony.

There seems to be one hope in if we awaken to our civil rights that are part of the law of 1791, when the Bill of Rights became the law of the land.

Possibly, the most significant of these civil Rights guaranteed by the Constitution is the need to convene a Grand Jury before a criminal charge can be brought to the level of making an arrest and taking it to a prosecution.

This is the law. The 5th amendment to the constitution requires that a Grand Jury is to be the only party that make and bring a criminal charge forward.

You may have noticed that the governor of the state of Illinois was removed from office after being falsely arrested in his home. No Grand Jury. He was kidnapped.

If this is allowed to pass without comment, then the only thing left will be outside of the power of the long established Grand jury model.

Even many lawyers are not aware of the significance of the Grand Jury and what a powerful tool it can be for creating harmony in a society. It is a bulwark against those who want to use power wrongfully and unlawfully. When 5th amendment is understood, and for the benefits that it provides, it will allow us to take actions without physical force as the first means to do something lawfully and non damaging.

As to the contract murder for hire specialists that were taking instructions from the criminal Cheney, they need to come to a Grand Jury and tell us about the good deeds that they thought that they were doing for us Americans, and reveal who they killed so that we can pay damages to the families of the murder victims.

Cheney used the offices of the government to finance his terrorist activity, and the taxpayer is liable for damages to his victims. .

As for those who call for the execution of Cheney if he is tried and convicted, that would be a wrong thing to do. In a legal sense, it would be an obstruction of Justice and also a Destruction of evidence.

As a suggestion, forget the penalty phase and focus on the revealing of what sort of people have gotten the near total control of this population and what they have done with that power, then consider that they had their fingers on the nuclear button for the last 8 years. Then, ask yourself whether you think that they may have launched a nuclear tipped cruise missile upon us all in August of 2007.

You may recall that a B-52 bomber left Minot air force base with 6 nuclear tipped cruise missiles, and arrived at Barksdale Air force base with only 5 nuclear tipped cruise missiles. Missile, Missile, where’s the Missile?

Then ask the next critical question: “Should we leave all of these nuclear weapons lying around with people like Bush-Cheney in this world?”

  2. People seem to have forgotten about 9/11. Wake up! With an open border what means do we have to protect ourselves? Do you remember how many people died on U.S. soil.
